I'm Riley Ahlstedt, an artist from Lindsborg, Kansas, also known as "Little Sweden USA." Growing up in a community known for its rich artistic and folk-art traditions deeply influenced my creative practice and connection to my Swedish heritage.
I earned my BFA in Art Education from Bethany College and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Painting through Savannah College of Art and Design.
My work is for people who romanticize everyday life. I explore themes of nature and the beauty found in the mundane. From serene landscapes to nostalgic still lifes, I use paint to capture the moments, memories, and places that inspire me.
